Home Staging & Home Styling

With over 20 years design experience and a BA(hons) in interior design, Susie Tucker can assess your property and advise you on what steps to take in order to make it more appealing whether you are selling or staying.

Advice and assistance in de-cluttering and room styling; decorating schemes ideas and supplies; presentation guidance; personal shopping; and, project management services offered to home owners, property developers and landlords in the Lancashire region.

Design Fix even has a retail outlet at Botany Bay, Chorley selling home styling accessories and furniture.

A two hour assessment of the property, room by room including the exterior, after which the property owner will receive a full written report with observations, recommendations and an action plan detailing changes which would make the best of each area...£125.

Alternatively, a basic verbal assessment of the property can be provided plus a decor scheme for one room...£125. Additional schemes are offered at £100 per room. (click here for examples)

If you don’t have time or you just want the professional touch we can set the scene for your viewers or your Agent’s camera. We can even give potential buyers the guided tour...£25 per hour (minimum of two hours).

Decluttering, garden tidying, room staging, personal shopping trade/service liaison and project management.
All home staging services are tailored to suit client needs and budget. Charges based on £25/hour, £100/half day, £200/day or a fixed fee.

Size of canvas, subject matter and colour scheme are chosen to create a feature or to harmonise with your room’s decor. Prices from £30. (click here for examples)
